The new basic structure of BisB BisB was established in 1979 as the first Islamic bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the fourth in the region. The Bank operates under a license from the Central Bank of Bahrain as an Islamic retail bank and is listed on the Bahrain Bourse. BisB has been able to consolidate its position as a leading bank in providing banking services that comply with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, as it has succeeded in following a business strategy centered on serving customers and meeting their needs and desires.
